Typo is the Mara chair by AMDL CIRCLE, the studio founded by architect Michele De Lucchi.
Typo, like a typing error, almost an accidental mistake. The nature of this piece of furniture is the result of a calibrated experimentation and what could appear at first sight as a flaw is actually the distinctive feature of its design.
Soft lines design the backrest and seat, both in wood, and counterbalance the vigorous angularity of the metal structure, shaping a dynamic silhouette, a synthesis of contrasts – not only in terms of lines but also of materials.
