In the new Levante Waterfront development in Genoa — one of the most significant urban regeneration projects on an international scale, designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop and Studio OBR, and developed by Fondo Orion and CDS Holding — NET1 is taking shape, a project conceived and realised by MARTINA RE.
A one-of-a-kind venue: the first multifunctional/commercial space set within a context that redefines the relationship between city, architecture and the sea.

The choice of furniture, designed by Mara, also contributes to this transformative vision. Versatile, stackable and easily storable solutions allow for the rapid and efficient reconfiguration of spaces, without compromising on comfort or ergonomics.

More than just a physical space, NET1 takes the form of a dynamic organism, capable of evolving alongside those who experience it.
At the heart of the project lies a clear vision: to move beyond the rigidity of traditional functions to create a fluid, transformable environment, designed to accommodate constantly changing uses and scenarios.
